Vegan Diet 101



This is what I ate for 5 months and lost over 85 lbs. No meat, very little oil and a lot of you tube watching on factory farming, the FDA and pharmaceutical industry. Eat organic as often as you can and don't eat mass amounts of junk food just because it's vegan.

"Before" weight: 235 lbs - 25% body fat - size 38 (XL)
"After" weight: 150 lbs - 3% body fat - size 30 (S)
"Current" weight: 170 lbs - 4% body fat - size 30 (M)
